REFUND POLICY

When you register for the program, I assume that you will attend all sessions from start to finish. I teach in subsequent sessions, so it is very important to participate completely. This is the only way you will be able to practice on your own after completing the course.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to one of the sessions, you will not be allowed to participate in the course. Course fees are non-refundable in this case. If you leave one of the sessions early, you will not be able to participate in the following sessions. The course fees are also non-refundable. Therefore, please plan your arrival so that you arrive on time (15 minutes before the start) for the sessions.

In case you have to cancel your registration, the following conditions apply:

- Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the course: You will receive a 100% refund of the course fee. 
- Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before the start of the course: You will receive a 50% refund of the course fee or if not yet paid, a 50% fee will be due.
- Cancellation 6 days or less before the start of the course: No refund of the course fees is possible. If not yet paid, 100% of the course fees will be due.

If you are unable to attend the course due to illness, you may send me a copy of your doctor's note of illness and you may then attend the course on another date without further charge.

COVID-19:

To participate in the course, you must comply with the applicable COVID-19 pandemic containment measures.
If a course must be cancelled due to the measures in place, you will receive a 100% refund of your course fees.
